Where (and the price) should I get new head bolts? Also, did they update them yet so you don't have to shave down that right most rear bolt for it to seat right? If not, should I just use a dremel to shave them, and how much?

If you want stock replacement bolts, then get them at a Dodge dealer. They really are not much money. Or, if you got the cash, you can get a nice set of ARP head studs, directly from ARP for around 120 bucks. If you use the stock bolts, you still need to shave down about 1/ 16" from the end. From what i have heard, this was only a concern on 95-96 blocks, but it never hurts to play it safe. A bench grinder works great to shave it down. Or use a file. Be careful so the threads are still ok. You may want to get a die that fits to make sure..
