I havent dont it personally but my friend told me that when him and his dad did it, the hardest part was taking the old bolts off the stock exhaust b/c they are rusted together so bad. So have a can of WD40 on you. Plus they didnt have access to a lift and just used somes jacks and jacks stands. No levereage to break them old bolts off. So yea I think the hardest part is breaking off the bolts, also Im shure it would help to have two people.

Yeah the hardest parts is getting the bolts off! I trie spraying my car each day with liquid wrench a few days before I was going to install the exhaust. I could never get it loose so I took it to a muffler shop and the loosend it for like $10. Everything else is prtty easy. There are also three bolts that connect the main exhaust pipe to the muffler.. I just torched that section off, but you may want to get them loosened also.
