needless to say i wasnt laughing after that anyways i checked if my headgasket was leaking and guess what

why is there oil in my coolant?(doh!!!)

and finally since i figured hey while im at it midus well go and check the oil pan see whats in there and guess what

looks like someone took a grinder to my crank and left all the shavings in the pan grrrrrr anyways lots of money thought i was going to get a turbo kit from bill, but now im stuck buying bottom end crap for my car. i hate my dsm right now

o yeah forgot to mention that there also a whole bunch of smoke pouring out the exhaust (cat is gone)

and also the smoke coming outta the exhaust is not only white but also black damn expensive synthetic crap gettin wasted

and last but not least my clutch is slipping for 2nd-3rd-4th

haha what a joke im going to drive this car in the ocean

Sorry to hear it man -- sounds like you got a ton of issues going on... think it may just be in your best interest to do a straight rebuild -- if it was just the blown headgasket -- would be a quick simple fix -- but you are gonna need a whole rebuild... i bet its expensive to get stuff shipped from the mainland though eh??

damn those little crxs are fast i rode in my friends one dont know all that mumbo jumbo honda stuff but hes running an ld vtec or something like that he said he has an 1.8 with a 1.6 head dont make sense to me. he also said he is running close to 13.1 compression, sounds right since his idle is crap. anyways point of it is that he is running 12.1 all motor and he said he only put 4000 grand into the engine and its fricken all motor god i would love to put only 4000 grand into a engine and run 12.1. then again i miss my v-8 days

The head you're talking about doesn't change displacement. All of the b-series honda blocks are physically the same, just different bore between the 1.6L (b16) 1.8L (b18a/b/c) and 2.0L (b20b/z). The b16a2 and the b18c5 encorporate the same head even though the displacement is different.
