I have a Cold air intake on my 95 non turbo eclipse. It's at a garage right now, and they said 4 sensors that have to do with the intake are running at a "default value" thus, hurting my performance greatly. What other sensors are there besides the air temperature sensor on the intake manifold, and where are they located? They said there was supposed to be some sensors on the old intake box. Can someone explain for me?

First off, there are no sensors in the airbox or air tube.
What you may have, if it wasn't removed on a TSB/recall is the secondary pulsed air system. It's crap and can removed by the dealer and the ECU reprogrammed to not look for it.
On the intake manifold you have:
MAP (Manifold Abosulte Pressure) Sensor - This measures pressure in the intake manifold to set fuel curve.
IAT (Intake Air Temp) Sensor - Pretty obvious by the name what is measure, again used to set fuel and spark curves.
TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) - Measures how far you foot is on the pedal, How open the throttle plate is on the throttle body.
IAC (Idle Air COntrol) Motor - This is a motorized valve to allow more or less air into the manifold to control idle.

What you mechanic is probably thinking of is a totally different set up, one like theturbo Eclipses use a Mass Air system. It puts a sensor in the intake to measure the amount of air coming in, where as we use pressure.
