i TOOK OUT THE ENGINE AGAIN,
BUT i CAN TURN THE TC, but I don't hear TICK... I turned it like 10 times.... clock wise right?

And I put back my engine like 3 time already.... the crank won't turn...

So by what you are saying, the TC and tranny turn fine, no hangups? And you mean with the tranny out, you cant turn the crank? Something is hanging up, so check your belts, to be sure its not a frozen alternator/PS pump, A/C pump, and check the timing belt. If all of that is ok, then something isnt right with the motor.. What did the machine shop do to it again?
