#54057, "Geesh...what i did today and what i found out"

Today i bought a new o2 sensor and finally got in the 1 range colder spark plugs...it does make a difference.
I started up the car and it ran great, then it started to de-perform. Not as bad as it has been, it was drivable, but it died turning the corner. I got in, decided to double-check fuel pressure. The FPR was vibrating from 35-45psi..really fast. kind of a flicker. i pulled the vacuum line into it and it moved up to a steady 45, then when i put it back on it came down to 30 where it should be. boom. found the problem, i think. as soon as i did that, the car lightened up and ran great again.
Time to clean it and possibly replace it.

hmm, are you still running the stock hahn fpr? mine used to bounce like crazy, just like you're saying...

my car has been wanting to stall out at stops lately. i think ill have to look into the vaccuum line and check my plugs.
