I need to get my crank pulley off, but I can't figure this thing out. Can anybody explain this? What do I use to turn this thing? Tia.

pull out the bolt that holds in the pulley. next, insert the long rods that should have came with the puller into the hole the bolt was just removed from. Next place the 3 arms so that they each hook on one of the 3 legs of the crankshaft pulley. begin to tighten bolt in the center of the puller until the pulley comes off. Thats what I did to get mine off....just dont try placing the arms on the outer edges of the pulley where the belts rides. I originally tried that until the edge snapped in three places LOL
