ok it's finally gettin hot out again and I thought I had it fixed but guess not, anyways when I get goin down the highway usually 45+ my temp goes up if I have the a/c on, if it's off I'm good, but if it's on it will go up to about 3/4 of the way then I turn the a/c off so I'm not sure it it will truly overheat or not. I've already replaced the thermostat, temp sensor, and I've flushed the system, any ideas? after I've been driving and it is warm and I come to a stop for a few minutes at like a light or something the temp will start to drop. The only thing I can think of is maybe a new cap.

try the new cap. I used to have the same prob. Then I got a new radiator and presto problem solved. It was 100 bucks. When you did the flush was it done by you or a shop? did you use that flush stuff from prestone? If its an older car / radiator then there might be some build up. Also see if your pumps no leaking. Is there any anti freeze whn you leave it parked after? boiling overflow?

I'm starting to think this is happening to everyone...lol Are you turbo? Mine is doing the same thing, and I doubt we all have blown HG issues. So what the heck is going on then, Maybe I should try a new radiator.
I edited to the wiki!
