I'll be installing my new msd coil pack after work today. Is there anything specific I should know before I do this?

Obviously unplug the battery, but anything else?

Hopefully this will fix my hesitation problems!!!!!!!!

thanks
jeff

i replaced the wires and plugs about a month and a half ago.

I remember not buying the cheapest wires so they should be ok. Thanks for the advice though.

so i put the msd coil pack on and it runs great. seems to have fixed the problems of hesitation but it did it once on the way to work this morning. I so frickin sick of this hesitation crap, and throwing money into parts on my car that probably were ok to begin with. Anyway it runs a little better and doesn't jerk near as much.

try your 02 sensor. its the next thing on my car after i get wheels. i have the same problem. does anyone know of a good 02 sensor? or a way the test the old one? with a multimeter or somethin...anyone?

Having Problems? Heres my Three step solution to anything 2gnt related.
Step 1: Put down everything in your hands.
Step 2: Grab a lucky strike, Smoke it.
Step 3: Walk to the fridge, double fist some keystone ice, sit down in the shade, drink one beer, finish cigarette, drink other beer, roll a joint, smoke it, walk back to your problem, and in about 5 minutes the solution will come to you.
If not. Go here: here

If still nothing, your trying to hard. Start over at step 1.

i had a bad o2 sensor once and got it replaced. it was the rear o2 sensor. seems like if that was going bad or on the blink it would trigger a cel sometime.
