I have a Tanabe Hyper Medallion cat-back. I like it a lot ... there was a slight improvement in top end and the sound that it makes is too cool unless you don't like loud noises. They are a bit pricey though but still pretty good.

I have the GPower, definetly a nice exhaust, it really looks like it was made for our cars, a huge oval tip, and a real deep tone, sounds nothing like a cheap honda exhaust, it is deep enough to set off car alarms, sounds even better with a decent intake. i guess it is real expensive. i pulled mine off one of the eclipses i was using to complete my car.
