Well I just got back in town, and got back to my head gasket change, after about a week long break. I still can't get this damn alternator belt loose. I can't get the adjustment bolt, or the bolt holding it in from under the hood. I'm about to just cut it off, and deal with it later. What the hell should I do? I feel like a fuckin retard since I'm stuck on the belts, but I really don't care. Either way, I'm stuick and need help. TIA.

Check the AFX pulley thread, you can't get it from the top. You have to do it from underneath. Loosen the side bolts too or it won't adjust for you.
