#53409, "Tough decision - Greddy EVO or RSR cat back....."

I've located a place that sells the older RSR exhausts that have since been discontinued. I have heard so many good things about this system. Does anybody know if the muffler is a straight through design? With 70mm pipes, quiet, not too intimidating tip it looks perfect.

On the other hand there is the Greddy EVO. I have to choose between 2.25" or 3" piping and I know that the system is pretty quiet. The only thing that bothers me a little is the 4.5" tip which looks a little big. Overall everybody seems to like this exhaust as well.

My car is undergoing a T3 turbo install so I will probably choose the larger diameter. The car will probably not have a cat on it so the exhaust needs to sound good without the extra restriction.

I have taken my cat off and put on a test pipe and my Greddy EVO sounds badass.

Here is the website....

He claims to have a few left in the "garage items" section. Hopefully they are brand new and in perfect condition.

RSR...hands down....the Greddy cut corners with the 3" EVO...instead of being 3" all the way, the piping dips to 2.25 inside at places..besides...RSR is far superior as far as quality goes....and from what ive heard, they sound better too..

Even the 3" Greddy narrows down to 2.25? I will be getting the GS-T version of either one, 2.75" or 3". I am currently checking to see if the RSR is still available, but I like the tip on the Greddy a little better. Man am I getting picky. A 4.5" tip is still too big either way, but I suppose these are the two best quiet exhausts available so I will take what I can get.

I went with the RSR.... $420 shipped. Basically I got the RSR and a new Magnaflow high flow cat for the price of the EVO. I will post some pics when it comes in.

Thanks for your suggestions, but it came down to price.
