I have a Field SFC Hyper-R boxer series. Works pretty good. The only real problem that I have with it is that the speedo is way off - like by twice as much. It's a metric speedo, and I guess the signal I'm putting out is for standard. Anyways, the tach, map modifier, and the o2 monitor all work perfect. The 0-400m drag timer works, but like I said the speedo is way off so I finish the 400m in like 200 actual meters.
I'm not sure, but I thought the VFC was the same thing as the SFC, except that it also has a VTEC controller on it....so it should work. Lemme know if you need dipswitch settings and whatnot.

Um...which harness are you talking about? From what I can tell - Field sells harnesses to adapt a unit to a specific car. BUT the unit itself should come with some type of wire gang. Mine did. It's a set of loomed wires with a plug on it - that plugs into the back of the unit. Do you at least have this? The wires on mine were labeled o21, o22, ign, tach, so on and so forth. Do you have any wires with it? It was a pain to figure out what some of the wires were, but if you have these wires that I'm talking about then it shouldn't be too hard to hook up.

hmm, so you just have a little black box with a bunch of dipswitches and a gang connection on the back - but no wires? Don't know what to tell ya. You at least need some wires, that are labeled for the o2 sensor, map sensor in(possibly 2), map sensor out(possibly 2), tach, speed sensor, power, and ground. Can you post a picture of what you have? Maybe a closeup of the back of the unit - where the wires should plug in and any dipswitch banks? If the gang connector is similar to mine then it's possible that the wiring itself could be the same - no gauranteees on that one though. You're probably screwed without any wires coming out of it.
