I got it from Napa, Anearobic Sealant it's called. It's the stuff the manual said to use, but this stuff dosen't dry, good or bad? What is this stuff supposed to do? Did i use the right stuff?

Anaerobic sealers nead an anaerobic environment to cure. i.e NO AIR.
When you bolt it together, it's air tight, and therefore will cure properly.

The stuff that oozes out that you can see has air hitting it. It will never dry.
