#52825, "What type/brand of gasket to use for aftermarket header?"
I searched the forums for the install questions, but no-one really specifies what gasket to use when installing the aftermarket header. Any info would be appreciated!

use the updated exhuast manifold gasket not the fiber composite crap they give you stock with the car. The new one you can get at satan and they are multi-layer-steel much better quality, I've never tried it out though becuase I have a TTI copper gasket.
I got a MLS Exhuast manifold gasket just lying around my garage getting dusty I'll sell it to you for 30 bux ^_^

Yes MLS gasket from dealer, the composite stuff will break down. Some have had problems with the copper from TTI as well, any minor imprfections in the mating surfaces and it doesn't seal right.

I used the metal gasket that was on there to start with. Just clean the gasket and where it mates up the the motor. Worked fine so far w/o any leaks. BYW, composite gasket = bad. Cost me $6 and I looked at it and thought "what a POS. its not going on my car".....

Damn $16 is good - I got mine for $26
Since you're a 95, if you go to the dealership and order a manifold gasket they may order the composite one for you. Order it as if you had a 99 Eclipse instead of a 95 - then you'll get the MLS one.
