Hey..i put on my Apexi N1 3" catback exhaust system awhile ago.. i won't fail emissions/inspection will i? I mean i still have my cat on and stuff.. cause i'm thinking about selling my GST exhaust cause so many people are interested and if i sell it i don't want to find out i still need it and have to buy a new one.. you will pass, "any exhaust system that recirculates the exhaust flow in any way that raises the emissions exited from the tailpipe such as revoving catylitic converter, exhaust cut outs etc will be deemed illegal" <-------straight from rules of the road! but to answer your question, no it wont affect emissions. the same amount of emissions (hydrocarbons and such) will not be affected.
