sounds basic but i'm actually worried. my car has been sitting in the driveway for a year with the hood crumpled. i'm afraid that something like the ECU is damaged because of the weather.
is it possible that my battery died from just sitting there being inactive while connected to the car? if i hooked it to a running car with jumpers would i be able to try and see if the car had electricity, turn the car to the on position and see if my windows or AC work?

Yeah.. it's most likely dead... u should always disconnect one (or both) of the terminals if u let a car sit for very long. You MAY still be able to charge it up and use it, but a year is pretty long.... might wanna invest in a new battery. U should be able to use accessories if connected to another car (as long its running).
Anyone know anyone who can help me tune this in the Pittsburgh area (Greensburg)?

but you guys don't think any thing else could be ruined? i don't mind buying a battery. i was going to grab a 900CCA interstate and stuff it in the trunk.
