i just bought a 94 eagle talon with a bad motor, 16 valve DOHC. A guy my father knows said he put a motor out of a four door car into his eagle talon....i was wondering if anyone knows of what motors will work for my car. i am asking so i can broaden the list of vehicles to chose from to get a motor for my vehicle..any help at all will be appreciated..

You are looking for a 4G63 engine. 1989-1994 Eagle Talons, Mitsubishi Eclipses, Plymouth Lasers, and Mitsubishi Galants will be a good place to start. Be sure to determine whether you have the 1.8L, 2.0L, or 2.0L turbo version of the engine.
