turns out that the water messed up my plugs and mitsu replaced them....runs like a champ now.....changing the oil next week just to be safe....one thing though.....yesterday when i stopped and put it in park it idled at like 1300 untill i shut it off......turned it back on and all was good.....what should i look for about the idle thing....hasn't done it today but if it does come back what should i look for.......

Maybe your speed sensor got wet. I have a 5 speed, but mine idles at like 1200 when i'm coming to a stop, then goes down to the normal 800 when I completely stop. I'm almost sure mine is the speed sensor.

Everyone's does this even if they aren't messed up. If yours didn't drop to 800 at all then you'd have a problem.

its been a couple days since the idle problem......only done it once and quite....it was like i was power brakin..but i wasn't....i was in park and it just idled at 1200-1300 rpm's.......turned it off and it went away.....hasn't came back yet.....
