Im purchasing a stock TB that is bored to somewhere 56-57mm w/o the butterfly, I was told that the stock butterfly would be to small, Where can I get a new one? Does anybody tried to make their own? How? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

A machine shop could make one for you. I think it would be very difficult to make one that fits properly(no vac leak) with normal everyday tools.
