splice the wires into the pcm and
from the front of the car to the firewall in this order:

1-signal 2-ground 3-power you have also disconnect your computer (tcu) that sits inside above the shift cables behind the center console it interferes with the signal...

i just did the swap as well, i have the same problem, i havent rehooked it up yet since i disonnected the computer inside, so im not 100% sure on the pinout but was told armond had it written up wrong...

ok got my speedo working now, the pin out above is correct, this was done on a 96', armond has it backwards, from front of the car to firewall 1-signal (to pcm yellow w/ white) 2-ground (to pcm black w/ green) 3-power (to pcm solid yellow wire) make sure you just dont cut the wires on the lower pcm harness you need to hook up the wires in series with the ones coming from the speedo sensor... make sure that tcu isnt hooked up

i got it to work turns out i didnt have the plug pressed in all the way on the tranny, where i had checked to see how the wires were ordered. now ive got to pull the tranny which really sucks. my spec stage 3 is slipping the input seal is letting oil onto the clutch.
