just put them in today with the help of Michael97RS, and Babybeclipse. front went in in less than 15min. the rear, haha, i lost count of time after 1-2hrs. i honestly dont see why some people cant stand the shaking, its barely noticable(only with air off, lol). i kinda like the shaking, makes it feel like drivin a musclecar, lol. good investment for anyone who hates wheelhop!! you were right mike, those burritos do kick ass, if my stomach didnt hurt so much from taking those 2 shots of hot salsa, id want another!

Good luck. I've had a few problems since throwing mine on... Donwpipe cracking has been the biggest problem. I'm going to have to get a flex section welded in so it stops happening... :

If anthing the motor mount inserts delayed your cracking of the down pipe the motor moves less. Which puts less stress on the DP. The motor rotates back and forth with a flex section the way out exhaust is run you are bound to crack the DP, it's ony a mater of time.

No, I'm saying with stock mounts without a flex section the DP is more likely to crack because the stock mounts allow the motor to torque more. with the insertsin the motor will torque less, putting less stress on the down pipe.

By my logic though.... less vibration is transferred into the mount bushings themselves... all that energy has nowhere else to go BUT on the dp...

I don't see vibration as a major culprit here, but the flex and stress put on the DP by the engine rotating back and forth. The rotating back and forth is trasfered through the exhaust and tries to rotate the entire exhaust as the engine moves. With the highest stress being present closest to the engine, the downpipe. The back of the exhaust is anchored many times from the cat to the muffler, holding it fairly still, so again the front manifold and downpipe see the stress. I think the vibration plays a minimal part.
For flex section, I suggest a 6" legnth the 3" is very tiny and doesn't give as much. As for diameter, just take a look at the pipe and figure out inner diameter.
