lol. between R. Kelly and Bubb Rubb, I've developed a great vocabulary. The TB should go on before it gets dark. My Dad and my Uncle bailed on me this morning for a fishing trip. (They are gonna do the port/polish work.) Im checking the board right now for the "spring" mod to make sure the TB fully closes. Just playing with it I can see that it doesn't close all the way without a little help, but I'm sure a little vacuum help could fix that. Feel free to IM me on AIM.

I ordered mine on wensday (I think) and they said that they were out of stock and it would be about 3 weeks before they get any more in. O well, I'm willing to wait.

Get a 12" extension (don't really need it but still helps), labeling all your vaccum hoses is helpful, and be careful about the remaining sensors still attached to the manifold. The bolts holding the upper manifold down aren't torqued down to much. So it won't require much effort to unbolt/rebolt them. Have fun and let us know how it works out.

Well, I decided against porting/polishing. I did however install the TB! Wow, its amazing the difference. I can actually accelerate in 5th gear, EVEN up hills! Its pretty wild. On a takeoff if u bump the accelerator, it sounds like you are driving a hotrod. 1st gear takes about 3 seconds to hit 7k, and if u shift hard and gun it, you can smoke the tires. I love it. Took off the stocker, got the electrical stuff swapped over and bolted it right up. Adjusting the throttle cable was easy. The butterfly opened 100% on the first try. Adjusting the idle was just as easy, just had to loosen a bolt and slide this "thing". Im idling at 800rpms after it bounces around between 1800-2200. To get the RPMs to return to normal i just bump the accelerator. Awesome. Definitely buy one. I got mine used from my pal Jose(CaptainMorgan97). Thanks man.
