#50024, ""Jerking?!?!""

Sorry if this was writtien before all.. Im a newbie and I need an answer fast, Im too lazy to read everything written from long ago.. again I apologize..

Anyways.. I have this terrible jerking in my car when its cold.. It is really bad when it is cold, then it eases up as it gets warmer. It usually takes me about 5-7 minutes driving time to stop the jerking, but everytime the car sits and gets cold again, it starts all over. After getting a little bit warm it will still jerk at low RPM's, but if I nail it, the thing will take off like a rocket then jerk at about 6500 RPM's before switching gears. It started doing it right before winter, and still doing it now after being parked. I thought it was a gaping hole in my manifold (which turned out to be nothing but a missing screw) so I installed a new Pace Setter header along with a Apexi Cat-Back exhaust and it seemed not to jerk as bad, or for as long. Also it has been running really rich so today I changed the spark plugs.. still does it.. I put a scanner on it and it said that the problem was the front O2 sensor, so I changed that also today, and no differance. I am going friggin nutz here and I want my car back.. So please anyone with info please let me know..

Oh by the way.. in case it matters.. I put a universal O2 sensor on. It was 100$ less than factory..
