#49670, "Car hesitating at 4000 rpms!! Any Ideas?"
I recently got a cel 25 which was the idle air controller. So i looked at it and it was loose and I just plugged it back in. I reset the ecu and the cel went away. Then I had a short running from my battery which caused my car to shut down when i was driving. I fixed that and now my car is hesitating at 4000 rpms. It will boost fine up to 4 psi but then it starts to hesitate at around 4000 rpm and then when i let off the gas i'll feel a surge and the car will go. The hesitation only occurs when i'm wot or when the i pretty much give the car a lot of gas. Any ideas on what i can do to get rid of the problem.

Sorry, I should have put all this info in my first post. I have the missing link and I just changed my wires 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks before that I changed my coil pack, and 3 weeks before that I changed my plugs. It seems as if every three weeks or so I get this hesitation and when I change one of the 3 things it seems to work for a while and then it craps on me again. I don't feel like changing my wires or plugs every 3 weeks so it has to be something else that is causing this.
