Subject says it all. I'd like to get a thinner headgasket and raise comp up a little more. Copper the way to go? Both the block and the head were decked during the rebuild so I'm sure they are pretty damn flat.

Oh and stock thickness?

Stock thickness is around 0.44"-.046" if memory serves (may be off a few thousandths).

Where to buy: Gasket Works http://www.headgaskets.com they are around $100 for one, or me, I have three of them, in two thicknesses, I'm sure I could part with one for you Thura. If you are interested I can let you know which ones I have, I measure then all with a digital micrometer to get thickness'

I've seen a couple mopar guys recommend removing 1 or 2 layers from the MLS gasket for higher compression. Just drill out the 4 rivets and only put in the layers you wanna use. Cake. emoji
