ok i broke the pully bolt off in the engine. should i just drill a hole through it and use an easy-out on it or is there a better way?

did you snap off the head, of break the actual bolt. if you just broke the head off and have some bolt stickin out of the engine, see if you cant grab that with something and wrench it out.

before you do anything, get the broken piece of bolt, and stick it back in the crank, and try and twist out the broken part of the bolt by hand. Hopefully, if the crank threads were nice and clean, you should be able to do this.

umm.. did you break the bolt while loosening or tightening the bolt? if it happened while loosening... then none of their suggestions are going to work and you'll have to try the easy out.. but i doubt it'd work.. if it happened while tightening.. shouldn't be hard at all to get out,unless you cross threaded it.. then your really screwed.
