Does anyone know if Kragen or Pepboys can test a 95 talon...or what a good tester would be to buy, 'cuz my car won't start and it's not throwing any CEL's my way...thanx

When you say you're not getting any CELs do you mean that the CEL isn't on or do you mean the when you ran the diagnostic mode (on off on off on) it didn't give you any codes?

Yes, 95 2GNTs are OBD-2 compliat. Don't let them tell you different. The scanner WILL WORK.

when I do the key dance, I get the basic 12 and 55 lights...that's it...could you guys recommend a good tester for me to go out and buy, and where to buy it?
