I have looked around here, but I guess I missed it. I have an extra fuel rail, injector set, and intake manifold, but what is the benifit of goin to an 8 injector setup? Someone please explain what is involved and why you would want to do this. Any HP/TQ gains or is is just to get more fuel? TIA
Anyone know anyone who can help me tune this in the Pittsburgh area (Greensburg)?

Basically it's to get more fuel - for a turbocharged engine.
The kits for our cars depend on a fuel pressure riser to provide enough fuel under boost. So when the riser sees boost, it increases the fuel pressure by a certain ratio - X psi fp increase per 1 psi boost.
With an 8 injector system, the extra fuel needed under boost is provided entirely by the secondary rail. When the extra injector controller sees boost, it increases the pulsewidth of the secondary injectors by a programmed scalar amount - x milliseconds per pound of boost.
There is a bit more detail about how each of these methods actually work. Different benefits and drawbacks for either method. But basically the purpose is to get more fuel under boost.

Metaljim just about explained it, but I'm going to put it into more layman's terms:
Usually the best way for getting more fuel for a turbo car is to get bigger injectors, but what happens is that bigger injectors make daily driving a little rough.
So the 8 injector setup is the best of both worlds, you basically get to keep the smoothness of stock injectors, but at the same time, you're setting up the other 4 to be bigger injectors that'll add more fuel when you need it (under full boost).

It's been said twice, here's number 3:
It's all for driveability and good idle on turbo cars. very low boost or no boost/idle bigger injectors can have a hard timing putting in that little fuel, especially when using a stock ECU and trying to trick it into using huge injectors. So the stock injectors operate as normal and provide enough fuel for low rpm low boost operations, when it's cranked up the fuel from 4 addition injectors fire and you have plenty-o-fuel.
