Finally after months of trying, finally passed inspections here in delaware. E-manage, turbo, and all.
Interesting bit though....if you have OBD-enabled car, your tailpipe is not sniffed.....so as long as you dont have any CELs in your car, that's all they are going to inspect for emissions.
I'm so psyched lol sorry _________________ Vinnie Lima vinnie.lima@jvllogistics.com AIM: Kiku888 1997 Chrysler Sebring "Silver XTC" I4 420a w/ HRC Stage 2.45 w/ FMIC 14.7@97 mph@6psi Proud member of the ASOG BoOsT JuNkIe Crew

I went to the new dmv in newcastle up by the strip clubs.
I'm in bear, huntley glen townhomes - behind fox run apts. Im about to order some piping to re-do my fmic piping and rent an arc welder and do it in my garage. Hit me up and maybe we can do this for both of our cars.

I went through the dmv in new castle aswell. i have the CEL but disconnected my battery before going. Seems it takes a few run cycles to trigger mine. No pipe sniffing, just watched me do a key cycle and let me go on my way. I have a personal shop off 72 right down the street from you. Welder ready heh. Lemme know if we can help!

I got in my car and drove to a county that their DMV doesnt require an emmisions test, hehe.. Just find yourself someone that lives in that county and can use their address. Either that or just try getting a PO BOX in that county... just remember that when you get pulled over, that you remember your liscense isnt correct and dont say your going home when your not going the right way, hehe.. or they'll tell you that you have 10 days to get it changed back over...
I only advise such an extreme measure if you dont have to travel way away... then its not worth the trouble... or if you just have 1 check engine light or something simple... someone like me that has 10 million reasons it wouldnt pass... then you gotta gothrough more extreme measures if you wanna be street legal..

Well i need to purchase some piping...drop me an email with your turbo setup (i.e. do you have the hrc stage 2 fmic piping? ) and we can work out what piping needs to be bought from jcwhitney or similar place. I think to rent an arc welder it should be a few bucks although i might just buy one.

that's gay they failed you for lights!? In california those lights are legal as long as they emit a white light within the yellow/orange spectrum unless you have those simulation HID blueish bulbs. Haha try and pass emission here in cali then you can brag about it bwahahaha!
