EGR actuator and vacuum line. Any old vacuum line that fits those nipples will work.

So it was the pesky EGR huh. That think is a bitch, broke it everytime one way or another everytime my hood opened for anything.
I replaced my vacuum lines with silicon ones from Hondazone, never any problem since.
