Well i am going to go turbo and i think i want to rebuild my engine first. I was looking at the howell bottom end kit. I noticed there was diffrent compression ratios what one will be best for turbo and get me more HP??? thx for your input. 8-6? 12-5 10-5??

Here comes a dozen posts to go with the lowest one (8.8:1) if you're going turbo. To go 10.5:1 and then turbo will take a lot of tuning to keep in check. It's not impossible, but certainly not very popular if you like to drive on pump gas and go to work everyday in your car.

The turbo 8.8 compression pistons are the safest way to go. The bottom end kit is good to a total of 500hp. WE also now offer the upgraded rods (better bolts) that is good to 800 hp if you wish to go that route.
