Im going to be changing my Head gasket next week and I wanted to run my parts list by you guys to see if I missed anything. I'm also throwing out prices for those of you that want an idea of what it's costing me.
Top end gasket kit - $112 from Dodge (It was $174 from Satan and Napa... seriously) Head Bolts - Duno, just going to pick them up from Dodge when I get my gaskets Timing Belt Kit - $129 Includes belt and pullies (Napa) Water Pump - $45 (Napa) Machine Work - $275 (makes sure everything fits right, also includes valve work)
Total: With Machine Work- $633 Without Machine Work- $358
Im getting new plugs and wires in a few months when I get my turbo
I'm thinking that I can get the Timing belt kit and H2O pump from Dodge at a lower price also... Ill update the list when and if that happens Also, one last thing, is the machine work really necessary? My dad suggests that it would be wise to do it since I have the money. However, i'd really like a UDP or a Modern Performance TB Suggestions?

First, give Bob Kise a call and check prices on your parts, the prices you listed sound a little high. http://www.neons.org/forumdodge/ *edit* Make sure you tell him you are with 2GNT, there is a discount *edit*
I suggest the UDP first, especially since you are going to have the stock one off anyway.
