Ok, i put a cool air intake on and it runs fine, but after about 30-35 miles the check engine light comes on. What can i do to fix this?

willing to bet you broke the lines from your EGR. Go back under the hood and check the little black vacuum line that goes from the EGR to the intake manifold. Its the smallest vacuum line you've ever seen too. It will almost parallel your intake on the left side.
