I just got the same coil pack from Howell. I didn't get to take it for a test drive yet, but I had some idling problems before(not sure if it was the coil pack or not). So far she idles smoother, seems to rev up smoother. After I take it for a drive, I will do a report on it, but so far I am very pleased with it. It is cheaper than the MSD and it has the logo on the right side.

Just went to get gas and drove a little. It definately took away all of the hesitation that I was having, even with the A/C on at idle. When I turned the A/C on if it was idling it would shake all over the place, and when I would go from a dead stop with out revvin it up high enough it would hesitate horribly. Every trace of it is gone, so I guess it just means my coil pack was on it's way out. The engine revs much smoother and a little quicker. This is without the plugs being re-gapped to .065, because I am just going to have the new plugs gapped to that when it's time to change them. I am very pleased with the product and recommend it to all.

hey justin, let me know when your gonna put this thing on, im interested to see the gains and stuff. ill come over and help you put it in (or just stand there with a beer while you do it )

from what i hear, it might fix my crappy (i.e., sometimes low) idle.

I drove it to school this morning, and so far so good. It definately feels much smoother, and my missing at idle is definately gone. No more hesitation either. Go out and buy this now. I am sure it will do more to a heavier modded engine, especially if you have an ignition. I just have some bolt-ons now, and I could definately notice the difference.

FYI the plugs aren't gapped to .065.... the coil is suppose to help if your plugs are off by that much.........

I actually checked the manufacturers site and they say to gap plugs at .060" not .065" that Howell has listed.

On Howell's site it says to open the gaps up. I could have been wrong on the .065 because I didn' t look at thier site when I typed it.
