I have some questions about what i should do about my engine.NO this is not a turbo swap engine question!!! I want to go turbo but not sure if i should get it rebuilt from top to bottom with JE pistons and alll that, or just get another 420a engine with lower miles.....or even get one of those evo engines. What would be best to keep my car from out tha shop since i have very high mileage? Where can i go to get a used low mileage 420a engine? thanks n e help will be appreciated

You will be able to run higher boost if you rebuild the engine as opposed to just buying another stock engine with lower miles. Once you rebuild, mileage doesn't really matter. I have 129,000 miles on my odometer, but only 10,000 on my newly rebuilt engine.
You are not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your fu**ing post count.

it all really matters what you want out of your car... how much power do you want to make... you are eventually going to have to rebuild anyway if you turbocharge your motor... i would save for the turbo kit and rebuild at the same time or take the chances with boost at 100k... will still probably last a while with low boost..

first things first... do a compression test.. you may not even need to rebuild your engine YET. i turboed my engine at 130k and its got around 145k now, and i still have no engine problems (but i have a million others, non-engine related).
also, there really is no need to buy another 420A with lower miles, because with boost, you will eventually need to rebuild it. so you may as well rebuild the engine you have now.
the only reason you may consider buying another 420A is if you cannot afford the downtime while you rebuild. if you did that, you could probably sell your old block to make up some of the spent money. you can get them at junk yards for pretty cheap, and every now and then, someone will be selling their block in the sales section here, ebay, and the traders.
