why wont the msd coil pack fit my friends 97 talon . the model is 8229, i have this one on my eclipse . is there another model for his car ? cause the connector on his car is to small. and just one other question for my friend. he just had a stage 1 clutch installed in his car today , and the cluctch pedal goes to the floor to easy like the master cylinder is shot??? installer said it will ware in and that it is normal.... what are your thoughts? thank you.

Plug style changed in 97 there is an early model and a late model coil pack.

It could be break in on the clutch or the hydrolic system needs to be bled, to remove trapped air.
