#46938, "Okay..wtf?? MSD Coil in -- still have the problem .. Clay need a favor"

I changed plugs to NGK this weekend -- coil today... only thing left is the wires -- it seems the problem is intermittent now too... wtf??? Any ideas people? I was accelerating and there was a gap -- at around 4500 RPMs... where it was missing then it caught -- wtf... but its intermittent.. i don't get it.

Please help -- never doen combustion chamber cleaner ... will change wires when I get back from Cali.

Clay -- any places near your house that stock Mitsu Eclipse ignition wires -- must be at least 8mm wires though -- i don't care what color.

Changed my fuel filter about a year ago.

This is a very recent problem -- what else would cause back firing / missing??? O2 sensor?? No code -- sine i cleared the 43 and installed plugs and this coil -- what else is there?

2003 VW GTI 1.8t.. I used to have a 95 Eclipse but well...water sucks.

you have a coil? wow.

The first thing you should look at if you get a misfire is to check the Wires and plugs. Not the ignition and the "coil"

It is most likely your wires or your plugs are loaded up... Check the gap..
