How exactly is this done -- is there something I am missing -- was expecting a little thing you turn at the end of the cable guide -- but as far as I can see there isn't one -- how do I take out the slack (tons of it) in the line?

THanks for the help.

2003 VW GTI 1.8t.. I used to have a 95 Eclipse but well...water sucks.

you loosen the big plate that is holding the cable and move it to the left (your left when you're facing the open hood of your car). i went to did this mod and was hoping to grab some power but when i got my intake off and all that and i put a weight on the gas pedal i found that my cable didn't need any adjusting emoji needless to say, i was dissapointed at not grabbing any free power (even though i already had it, it's just that i want more emoji)

sucker MC
