OK, what kinda gains can i expect for cam gears. Tell me all about them. how much $$ am i lookin at... where can i get them, etc. TIA



Anyone know anyone who can help me tune this in the Pittsburgh area (Greensburg)?

Sure, but if you start to work on the timing belt, DO IT ALL. Water pump, tensioners, new belts and if all thats off, you may as well throw in some cams since the labor for getting in that far is insane do to a few times.

I totally agree, I told him while he has it out to do his cam gears now. It would be better now to spend the extra money, and do it while it's out of the car....

I saw about a 0.14 sec improvement on the stock cams tuned versus untuned. Do a search and you'll find what people are tuning them to, but it will be more effective to tune them on a dyno. I use the drag strip as my dyno emoji
