can someone check the original configuration of the vacume plugs on the back of the intake manifold. the 3 plug thing. to what does each one go. thanks......

i need this kinda soon

i know the right one goes to the egr and the middle one goes to whatever that little one is in the back, but there are two tubes on to the left of the intake manifold. one has a green thing and a valve and the other is a plain tube. one goes to the manifilt triplle plug and the other goes into the long pipe to the TB on the other side. can someone tell me which is which so i don't have to guess.
