Howdy. Well, I had a stuck compression test socket in my #1 cylinder. I drilled through it and used an easy out to reverse it out. I sucked out all of the shavings and poured some oil down there a couple times to grab all of the shavings and whatnot. Well, I put some new plugs in and started her up. It sounded great...for about 3 seconds. Then it just started to sound like total shit (kinda like a diesel) and started smoking out the back. I don't know what color the smoke is cause my friend saw it and couldn't remember what it was then I had to go to work so, don't know yet! Anyone know anything??? People who give good responses will get points, yay. Hehe TIA everyone, Sean

Depending on how much oil was left in the cylinder, you may have just fouled the spark plug. The smoke was probably just the oil burning off in that cylinder. If you want to make sure that everything is ok, you could do another compression test hehe emoji I would pop the plug off and examine it for any marks/scratches that could have been caused by metal being rattled around in the cylinder and do the same with a flashlight shining down on the piston top. Worst case scenereo is that you have a scored cylinder wall or a damaged valve/valve seat. My guess is that the motor is fine and just needs a new plug, or some more running time to burn all the oil off. Good luck.

Hmm, would that make the engine sound like total ass? hehe. I would do another compression test, but mine is broken into like 100 pieces from me stomping on it emoji Anywho, sounds logical to me, point for you my friend! Anyone else?

PS: Also, I let it idle earlier for like a minute and the CEL did come on. How long should I let it run, it sounds rough and just makes me cringe listening to it heh.

with what Matt_95tgs said, if the plug was damaged or fouled badly it would be rough becuase it would be running on 3cyl.

If there was enogh oil there you wo't get good combustion and you'll burn a bluish white smoke. and if you foul out the plug you'll continue to have a miss and that will make you run poorly, essentially on 3 cylinders when the plug is bad.

Well, I took ur guys' advice and switch the 1st cylinder's plug and cranked it on. Ran shitty for a couple secs and started to smooth out. White Blueish smoke was coming from the back so I assume that's what it's supposed to do. The car ended up smoothing completely out. The CEL is still on. Im gonna reset it tomorrow and see if it comes back on. But to everyone who put in imput, pnts for you! Thanks guys! Sean
