Since I just did the clutch masters 2 weeks ago here you go ...

1. Remove Pin from clutch pedal
2. Disconnect hard pipe to master cylinder
3. Remove nut on the inside of fire wall
4. remove nut on the outside of fire wall
5. remove bolts holding clutch fluid resevoir
6. remove clutch master cylinder

Fluid might leak everywhere (i didn't have that problem because the master cylinder spewed it into the cabin)

I had the exact same situation. I did the clutch restrictor removal mod while I had my fluid empty.
