Probably not.
While 420A's can share the valve between them (Eclipse, Avenger, Talon) I don't think the SRT-4 will fit, but I am not 100% on your swap. Is it a stroker or a 2.4L swap? Here is a pic of it to show the difference..

th1bill puta 2.4 cover on his 2.0 head he had to rtv the spark plug wells.. it will fit might might have some leaks here and there..
Bill
its a 2.4litre block swap usging the 2gnt head,
the srt4 uses the same block as the stratus ones were swaping, and uses the same head as the pt cruisars, but the srt4 has a weird crank trigger ignition, so we have to use the old skool stratus and pt motors...
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

Are the SRT-4 heads dimensionally different from the old 2.4L Stratus heads? Also, if you look, the SRT-4 has a different engine code then does the earlier Stratus. They closed the deck of the block considerably, beefed up the crank, and changed the timing gear . I am not sure how different the top of the SRT-4 head is from the 2GNT or Stratus 2.4 head, but I am confident that I can seal up this 2.4L valve cover on my 2GNT head. The SRT-4 valve cover looks badass, though. Might see if I can throw one on in my next project, once the car is actually running. -=B-=
