I've been thinking about going turbo, however, I want to buy all the parts. What parts do I need other than the turbocharger, intercooler, and piping? Would I need to reprogram my computer. Also, would it just be easier to buy a Hahn or Star kit, as far as self-installing? Also, is it safe to turbo a high-mileage car (128K)?

No offense, but if you have to ask that question then you should buy a pre assembled kit. Go for the Hahn or the Star, both have their ups and downs. Go to the "Things we've seen before" section and you will get linked to various posts. I would definately read up on turbo's and things of the such before actually doing it to your car. You can run boost on stock internals, high mileage is where it gets tricky. Run a compression test, see the instructions here:
If the numbers come out good then you are good to go. There is also an awesome book out on turbo's called Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. You can get it here:
Just do your research and know what you are doing before getting this done. You will get more out of the turbo, and you will love yourself more in the end
