K guys, all your "Get the dealer mtx fluid or else!!!" talk hasn't fallen on deaf ears. I went to the dealer to get some the NVT-350 fluid for my manual transmission. They gave me the "Mitsubishi Manual transmission fluid for the NVT-350"
Is this the same as the Mopar stuff you guys are using? B/c is does not look like this:
Just tell me it's the same stuff!
Also, I bought 3L b/c I heard we need 2.2 L for the transmission. However, the chiltons says 4+L. Is chiltons wrong and am I okay? TIA

I would have no idea. I'm just giving you a bump. However, I swapped out for the Redline MTX stuff over 2 years ago and have had nothing but love from my tranny. (of course, I've never been INSIDE it so...)

does it mention it being for the NV-T350 (A578)? just read it off my mitsu tranny fluid bottle label. you'll only need 3 quarts (3 bottles), and about 2.5 quarts to fill up the tranny. if u need any help let me know.

they are exactly the same thing. the one in the pic has a mopar label and a easypour top, the mitsu one has a mitsu. label and has a regular top(atleast it did last time i got some). if you get the mopar stuff, cut about a 1/4 inch off the top and stick a hose over it. just stick the other end of the hose it the fill hole for the tranny, its way easier than using a funnel.
