all of a sudden im getting a weird noise and vibration coming from my accessory belt... its vibrating a little too... any clue on whats wrong here?

Could be loose, worn belt, or the belt tensioner pulley is going bad..

can you replace just the pulley? or do you have to replace the whole assembly?
