Are injectors stock are 235cc/min Im pretty sure right? Well with rebuild I want to up that since Im adding turbo and running on the bottle. What size can are ecu handle before I need a new controller (S-afc) or 8 injector setup.
I can run the 310cc injectors fine with the ECU. Fuel trims look good running about 23 psi of fuel presure at idle. In order to drop your idle fuel pressure down (stock is around 50 psi), you will need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. A higher flowing/higher pressure intanke or inline fuel pump will be a good idea also. You can try to run 440's on the stock ECU, but idle fuel pressure will have to be in the teens. Some injectors will not fire correctly with that little pressure, some will. I have NO problems running 23 psi of fuel pressure at idle. I dont think going any lower past 20 would be a good idea. If you ran 20 psi on 440's, then it would be pretty rich for sure. It would run decent though i would think. It will max out your fuel trims though, which will trip the CEL.

None of the injectors from any of the Mitsubishi Factory Turbo cars will work in our car without considerable electrical modification. It's not worth it to modify them either, even if you're getting them for $10.
All you need for 1g injectors to work are some resistors and an assortment of o-rings. Cost me less than $50 for 450cc injectors and all necessary supplies to install them. I think it's definetely worth it!!!
