I think that I am for sure going to go ahead and order it. Has anyone heard anything good/bad about it? Also, do you think that I should leave my bottom end stock? I have 120,000 miles on it.
I would say not to. Their quality is not consistant, some poeple get good workmanship, others receive crap. I would suggest using Howeel, or ARD, or someone else familiarwith our motors for the work, Gude is too hit and miss on quality control.
if u want a real port job look up black dog motorsports they know what there doing..
others id recomend are ARD phat ridz
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.
A buddyof mine just finished at UTI here in Phoenix as a factory Audi tech and KNOWS Gude himself. Said he's a drunk piece of shit. (So are most of us, but...)

Gude products suck butt.
I've had their full race kit and posted here many many times and had to spend mucho $$$ to get their race cylinder head reworked to where it was usable.
Oh and not to mention the BS they give you on the phone about their products and how long it will take them to ship it to ya.
ARD rules. Always prompt on service. _________________ Vinnie Lima vinnie.lima@jvllogistics.com AIM: Kiku888 1997 Chrysler Sebring "Silver XTC" I4 420a w/ HRC Stage 2.45 w/ FMIC 14.7@97 mph@6psi Proud member of the ASOG BoOsT JuNkIe Crew
