umm, just loosen the adjustment bolt on the altermator mounting bracket, and move it around till you get about 1/4" deflection on the belt itself then tighten it up.
Its just a little hard to get to, I had to remove my cruise control box and then just use open end wrenches to reach the bolt
Thanks man...Anyone have any idea on why my #3 sparkplug keeps looseining itself? I have tightened it three different times over the course of the past few months and it keeps getting loose.....About the alternator, do you know why it will make a really loud squeal right when the car starts up??? Thanks alot man.

if it's squeeking, your belt is loose. Lift up the front passenger front and go to town from the bottom. Like said above, just loosen the bracket and go for the "T". When you feel the belt is pretty tight, then just tighten the bolts up.
